Overview: The Multi-Purpose Poultry Farm Manual Trolley Machine is a versatile tool designed to assist poultry farmers in their daily operations. It simplifies four essential tasks: spreading cocopeat bedding, raking litter, transportation of feed and clustering litter.

1-Raking Litter:

The trolley may be equipped with a removable litter raking mechanism, consisting of a specially designed blade (V-shaped throned blade).

This mechanism helps in loosening and levelling the litter on the poultry house floor, promoting better hygiene and comfort for the birds. Raking litter reduces ammonia content in litter which leads to increased growth rate and reduced mortality rate.

2-Cocopeat Spreading:

Cocopeat is a common bedding material in poultry farming due to its moisture-absorbing properties.

The trolley machine can have a cocopeat spreading flat blade which is kept 1.5 inches above ground level and spreads a layer of cocopeat evenly over the floor.

3-Litter Clustering:

The machine has a litter collection system, which will be like an angled blade.

It moves through the poultry house, gathering manure from the floor to the specified location.

4-Load-carrying facility:

The trolley machine is equipped with a projected platform  where feed filled sack can be held.

It acts as a double-wheeled wheelbarrow to carry load.
